God wants us to become perfect (mature) (Matt. 5:8). He tells us how to do so in and through the Bible, His written word (ex. perfect - Greek: 5046 - teleios (tel-i-os) brought to an end, finished, wanting nothing to, completeness, perfect, that which is perfect, full grown adult, mature). As a Minister, as well as a religious interpreter, I strive to make sure His word is used and signed in the right context.
In August of 2006, I started, via email, “The Word Window.” It was a way to not only send out a word that interested me in meaning and usage, but also that may have been of interest to others as well. It started with a list of 25 persons and grew to 150, not including those that were reached by others. After research and study, I listed a word with several English, Hebrew, or Greek definitions, using various dictionaries, concordances, lexicons, and resources. In several instances, words were sent to me to be researched. After doing so, they were listed and sent out as well.
This book, which is volume one, is a compilation of all the words listed that were sent out. The purpose, with the emails, is that growth occurs.
God says what He means and He means what He says. Let us get a view of His intent through “The Word Window.”
